Return Policy

1. Returns are applicable only if a full uncut video of unboxing has been recorded

2. Returns are applicable only for damaged shipments.

3. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns

4. Additional information is required to return an eligible order.

5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

6. Return will be processed only if:

-it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

-the product is not different from what was shipped to you

7. Orders canceled while status is "processing" will incur a shipping fee deduction and 499/- fine

8. Orders canceled while the status is "assembled" will incur shipping fee deduction and 10% value of the order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
